I was going to rant tonight... or maybe at least whine to the Universe that I feel lonely, unloved and generally down, but my plans have thoroughly been foiled.
Could be that the Universe didn't want to be blamed, or maybe it had decided that I didn't deserve Crap Only the whole time after all.
